Students/Trainees are expected to attend all scheduled classes, sessions, and activities as per the course curriculum. Regular attendance is mandatory to ensure continuous learning and progress.
If a student is absent for 1 month (30 days) without prior leave approval or any communication with the institute, their admission will be considered terminated with immediate effect.
Students/Trainees must inform their designated Relationship Manager (RM) in case of any planned leaves or emergencies.
Failure to communicate or provide a valid reason for prolonged absence will result in termination.
Once terminated, the student will no longer be eligible to attend classes, access course materials, or participate in any activities conducted by Techpaathshala.
No refunds or benefits will be provided to the student after termination.
The student will not receive a certificate or any other course-related documentation.
If a student wishes to rejoin the program after termination, they will need to apply for re-admission and pay the applicable fees. Re-admission will be subject to availability and approval by the institute.
In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies or other unavoidable circumstances), students/trainees may request an extension or review of their case by submitting valid documentation to the RM. The final decision will be at the discretion of Techpaathshala management
By enrolling in any program at Techpaathshala, students/trainees acknowledge and agree to abide by this termination policy. It is the student's responsibility to maintain regular attendance and communicate any issues promptly to avoid termination.
